All teams interested in attending one of our tournaments must complete our online registration form. You will receive a copy of the form to the email you provide once it has been submitted.

Again this season the Jeff Roberts Family Assistance Fund will be helping out families within CMHA. Jeff Roberts was a dedicated volunteer to CMHA and passed away after a short but courageous battle with cancer in May of 2010.
